We are a Water Quality Coalition formed by farmers in San Joaquin County, Contra Cost County and Calaveras County to monitor surface and groundwater quality and help farmers meet the requirements of the Irrigated Lands Regulatory Program.

The DWR Restoration Projects help protect and improve habitat throughout the Sacramento–San Joaquin Delta by restoring and caring for natural areas affected by invasive species and other impacts. These efforts ensure important wildlife habitat is maintained over time through ongoing land stewardship and restoration work. The San Joaquin County Resource Conservation District helps oversee this work by partnering with land and habitat management experts.

The Lower Mokelumne River Watershed Stewardship program helps residents reduce non-point source pollution by evaluating their property and adopting simple, practical stewardship practices. Download the Owner’s Manual to learn how to manage stormwater, wells, wastewater systems, and household products to protect the watershed.
